VYVOC — AI-Native Hyperlocal Platform
My current product in beta. VYVOC connects people looking for products or services with businesses and individuals offering them. Built from scratch across product architecture, UX, hyperlocal search, geographic discovery, authentication, business, product and classified models, automation and infrastructure. Stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, n8n, Cloudflare and VPS.
DIAGNOSTA — AI Diagnostic Platform
Built for the CubePath Hackathon 2026. A forensic API diagnostic system using a tiered AI architecture with Gemini Flash and Llama 3 70B via Groq. n8n acts as the autonomous monitoring and automation engine. Deployed on a VPS with Coolify and CI/CD.

Independent management of real estate purchase, sale and rental operations. I work across client acquisition, negotiation, commercial strategy and direct communication, combining business experience with digital tools to improve exposure and opportunity management.
